This blog will explore issues of wellness, mental health, communication, race, ethnicity, belonging, isolation, gender, sexuality, and anything else I'm in the mood to tackle.
What you can expect from me is that I will be honest, I'll try to keep it brief (not my strong suite), and every blog post should include take home points. I want you to learn, grow, and connect. I will reference things that are relevant and valuable in my own personal and professional life. This means, sometimes I'll talk about being a parent, a military spouse, a woman of color. From time to time, I'll include reactions to my favorite TV shows, podcasts, articles, books, and movies.
