Coaching
At work, in your community, and sometimes in your own family people don’t seem to understand or even see you for who you really are. You find yourself going between worlds. People expect you to be one way at work, another with your friends, and even with family, there’s an expectation that you’ll fit into yet another box.
Does identifying with one part of yourself mean rejecting another? It shouldn’t have to.
You know who you are. You are strong, confident, and brilliant...even though you may not feel it all the time. You are so much more than one box or one label. You want to be seen, heard, and understood. And as important as it is for people to see you for who you truly are, more importantly, you’re seeking clarity for yourself.

Identity coaching is an opportunity for you to:
-
Understand who you are
-
Have confidence in how you show up in the world
-
Identify when things or people in your life may be pulling you out of alignment with who you truly are
You’re not extra. You’re not too much. You are allowed to take up space. Let our coaching sessions be a place where you focus on you.
Coaching may feel similar to therapy. We do an in-depth exploration of where you are in life and what strengths and limitations have brought you to this point.
Coaching is different from therapy in that we do not focus on diagnosing, identifying, or alleviating psychiatric symptoms. If you start to experience symptoms that go beyond what is appropriate to address in the coaching relationship, I will provide you with a suitable referral to a provider in your community.
Coaching takes place online and my clients live all over the world. As long as we can see and hear each other, we can work together.
